At Littleton Adventist Hospital, we understand that one of the most important decisions you will make is where to deliver your baby. We also understand that you want to deliver in a nurturing environment, where the safety and well-being of you and your baby come first and where compassionate care is delivered by an experienced team of professionals. View our Leading Experts Flyer. Since 1989, The BirthPlace at Littleton Adventist Hospital has combined clinical excellence with compassionate care to ensure a safe and individualized birthing experience.

The Littleton Difference

  • Experience does make a difference when it comes to the safety and well-being of you and your baby. You have thoughtfully chosen an obstetrician and your obstetrician is comfortable in recommending Littleton Adventist Hospital as your hospital partner.

  • Our nurses are among the area's most experienced, averaging 15 years of service in maternity nursing. Many hold national certifications in their field and are members of professional organizations specific to obstetric and neonatal nursing.

  • Our team of skilled in-house, board certified anesthesiologists is available around the clock to provide continuous pain management support throughout labor. We also offer 24-hours obstetrical physician coverage.

  • In our Level III-B Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), our team of compassionate neonatalogists, neonatal nurse practitioners and health care professionals is highly skilled in caring for the most critically ill, premature and/or multiple birth infants. Consultation with other neonatal specialists is also available 24-hours a day. View our NICU Flyer.

  • If your pregnancy requires more than routine care, Littleton Adventist Hospital's Perinatal Care Center offers the resources required to manage your pregnancy. Our qualified perinatologist and perinatal staff work closely with obstetricians to give patients every medical advantage and to provide your unborn baby the best start in life.
