Paul Ebmeier named COO, Renae Pemberton named vice president, strategic integration

ENGLEWOOD, CO (Sept. 18, 2012) – Centura Health, Colorado’s largest health care provider, today announced two new senior leaders for the Centura Health Physician Group, one of the largest multispecialty groups in Colorado:

Paul J. Ebmeier named Chief Operating Officer, Centura Health Physician Group

Ebmeier brings to CHPG more than 21 years of health care management experience. Ebmeier will be responsible for overseeing CHPG’s clinical site operations, implementing an electronic medical records system and working with the CEO to evaluate and improve the organization.

Ebmeier comes from Omaha, Neb., where he served as chief operating officer for Alegent Health Clinic, a 194-physician practice. Ebmeier received his master’s degree in business administration from North Dakota State University and is a member of the Medical Group Management Association.

Renae Pemberton named Vice President, Strategic Integration for Centura Health Physician Group

Pemberton, who has been serving as interim COO since January, will move to a new position as CHPG’s vice president of strategic integration. Pemberton, who has been with Centura Health since 1998, will focus on implementing CHPG’s strategic plan and business development.
