Centura's Heart Network is the largest and most comprehensive Cardiac network in the state.

With 13 hospitals, four freestanding emergency departments, Flight For Life® Colorado and partnerships with more than 75 pre-hospital agencies, Centura keeps you connected.

Each facility in the Centura Health Cardiac and Vascular Network is interlinked through educational programs and network-wide performance standards, raising the bar on national standards in all respects. Programs and Partnerships

The Centura Heart Network continues to partner with organizations to help improve the services that are offered and increase the quality of education we provide to our team and our patients.

• With the help of Flight For Life® Colorado, patients in need of critical care can be transported safely and quickly to facilities within the Centura Health Care Network. Flight For Life® Colorado teams are fully trained and equipped with the latest technology to assist patients during their trip to the hospital.
• CenturaConnect is a central management system in the Centura Network that allows patients, as well as referring physicians to quickly contact all necessary health care parties with one simple phone call. This statewide transfer system is the largest critical care transport system, and with a one-call number, hospitals can be notified of an incoming patient, allowing staff to coordinate care prior to patient arrival. A physician may use the system to manage a patient transfer, follow-up or coordinate specific care. This seamless process covers all necessary contacts in one simple step. 
• Connected Care uses sophisticated high-definition video technology to provide specialized care to patients in rural communities. This service allows a specialist in the Centura Network to talk with a patient via webcam, providing a telehealth consultation similar to one that would take place in an office.
• Centura Health strives to provide education to the community through partnerships with the American Heart Association and with programs such as Saving Lives Initiative, which provides vital Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) training at no cost through community events and "Lunch and Learns." This program offered by the American Heart Association encourages people to take action in the case of an emergency to provide assistance and increase the survival rate of a person experiencing cardiac arrest.
