• Mary was very patient and helpful. She demonstrated and encouraged that breastfeeding can be easy.
• Becca was amazing. She always made sure our needs were taken care of. She always made us feel like we were the only family she was taking care of. My husband was having terrible back pain after sleeping on the pull-out chair for two days. She made it her mission to secure him a cot. It made a huge difference, and he was actually able to sleep comfortably.
• Jenelle was awesome! She took great care of mom through a rough night after surgery. She was very firendly and nice and made mom's stay that much better.
• Mandi is extremely organized and on top of things. She is very helpful and attends to your needs immedately. Thank you Mandi.

• Deanne was an example of a top-of-the-line nurse. She showed and explained how things should be done and was able to sense our needs and meet them before we even asked. Deanne made us aware of things before we even knew we would be thinking about them. She was very knowledgeable, very helpful and the professional that one would hope to have during a hospital stay.
• Deb took the time to sit down and listen to our concerns. She was very understanding and accommodating. We want to thank her for making our experience pleasant.

• Chelsea was informative, encouraging, cheerful, easy going, flexible, intuitive, had a fabulous bedside manner and was interested in my needs and comfort. She was great with assessment of my pain management.
• Julia, Lisa, Rachael, Akram, Jenelle and Deanne were awesome to me, our new daughter and my family. They took great care of us, were cheerful and shared valuable information about our care. Please thank them from me and my family!
• Our first night we were greeted by Mary, and right away I knew my wife would be taken care of. Mary educated us about what to expect, and having our baby in the nursery was exceptionally helpful for a tired new mommy and daddy.
• Kara, thanks for your support and helping to keep my pain under control during the night! Thanks for being proactive getting the babies ready for discharge the next day. Thank you!
• Deb was very kind and supportive during a rough patch in my recovery after the C-section of my twins. She provided some great educational materials to my husband and me. Thanks for being a great nurse!
• Lisa provided me with great care, answered questions and was reassuring following the C-section of my twins! Lisa was very compassionate. Thanks for being a GREAT nurse!
• On our second night Brenda was extremely helpful with breastfeeding on a night that otherwise would have been frustrating. The feedings were much more frequent and mommy and daddy were tired. Thank you Brenda for all your hard work!
• Chris provided great education related to newborn care and our babies. Chris is very compassionate and obviously enjoys her job. Thanks for being a GREAT nurse.
• Vicki was very compassionate & took into consideration my concerns regarding pain. Vicki did not make me feel guilty about having my twins in the nursery in the evening. She was very friendly & a kind face to wake up to in the middle of the night. Thank you!

• Kara was extremely sweet, nice and supportive in helping me to recover from pre-eclampsia and deliver our son. Thank you for doing a great job and being professional and personal. I appreciated it very much!
• Cheryl assisted greatly in preparing my disabled daughter prior to the delivery of her baby. Due to several disabilities, Cheryl worked closely with me and other departments to ensure a safe and smooth delivery. Her compassion and care was extraordinary, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for all her efforts!
• Please excuse me for not remembering names, but thank you to everyone who took care of our little family! Every single person made the delivery of our son such a wonderful and cherished experience! We appreciate all of you for doing your jobs with such amazing professionalism and personal attention.
• Lisa helped me for the first two days of my recovery. She was so helpful, kind, patient and thorough and never made me feel rushed.
• The whole crew has been outstanding! What a wonderful experience for both my husband and me. The staff was fantastic, the hospital clean and nice, and the food outstanding!
• Mary's patience and understanding were so appreciated. She was very gently, didn't rush me and gave me thorough instructions. She was absolutely incredible!
• Marti, Mary, Kara, Vicki and Mandi: Not only were all my needs taken care of, I also felt cared for during my entire stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Their compassion and understanding made my time in the hospital wonderful.
• Marie was very kind and made our hospital stay enjoyable.
• Linda was amazing! She was very helpful and tended to our every need. She was extremely kind and answered all our questions and concerns.
• As new parents we were informed very thoroughly about lactation and how to care for our baby. We really appreciated Marylyn's generosity, understanding and wealth of knowledge she has passed on to us.
• Everyone that helped my husband and I deliver our baby was just wonderful! My stay was excellent and every single nurse was exemplary! Mary, Helaine, Vicki, Anne and Claire were so amazing and kind! They really helped me get my grounding on newborn care since this was our first child. I also want to say that Chris is a fabulous nurse! Her ability to make people feel at ease is above and beyond! She is a wonderful person to talk to and she is a definite keeper!! • Mandi is awesome! We were so lucky to work with her the past couple of days. She was friendly, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. We were in great hands!

• When I was having trouble breastfeeding, Mary made me feel so much more confident and was very encouraging.

• Maria was more than a nurse to us, she was truly caring of our new baby. We just really liked her a lot. She helped me to stay calm when I was all emotional and crazy!
• Mary was very nice and personable. It's hard to put into words, but we just really appreciated how cool she was. We can only hope she is here next time we have a baby!
• Sheri is so attentive and made me so comfortable! She was right on time with everything I asked. She was very informative. I've had 13 surgeries, and she's the best I've ever had.
• Dianna was very helpful. She was very attentive to our needs & questions. She is obviously knowledgeable & confident in her knowledge, & we benefitted from that. She is very patient-care directed. Any time we were walking the halls we would not find her at the desk but working with patients & their newborns. She is obviously passionate about what she does & her patients benefit from that.
• Every member of the staff has made us feel at home. They have passed on much knowledge and support. Thank you so much! Claire was great!
• Mary gave excellent help with breastfeeding. She spent lots of time with me.
• Physicians, RN's, lactation consultants, Nutritional Services staff, volunteers and other staff: We were impressed by the exceptional level of care we received as we delivered our daughter and during her first days of life! Everyone had great tips, ideas and showed compassion and patience with us! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
• My son was born premature and all the staff from Labor & Delivery, NICU and Women & Newborn were wonderful. They explained everything they did and why they were doing it. I don't think my wife and baby could have received better care.
• Courtney empathized with breastfeeding difficulties and pain. She was very helpful.
• Lisa was so very helpful to us. Always asking what we needed and how best to help us. Her calm ways and loving spirit are a gift to new mommies.
• Diane & Claire gave wonderful care & were patient, kind & very helpful. Keep up the good work!

• All the nurses are amazing and very helpful and provide great information. You can tell they all really enjoy their jobs.

They were very understanding and took the initiative to follow up on any questions or issues I had. After having a baby, their patience was much appreciated. It is very apparent how knowledgeable the nursing staff is. I had a very positive experience here and this is thanks to the nursing staff.

• Chelsea is a fantastic nurse. She is very thorough, kind and took the time to visit with me since my husband couldn't stay.
• Thank you all for taking great care of me. My medications and needs were always taken care of and as soon as I called. You all checked back to see if my pain was under control and if I needed anything else. The compassionate care I received will help me to be a better nurse after my recovery.
• Jennie took such great care of my wife and our baby. All the nurses we saw were great, but Jennie really helped us feel at home. Out of three babies, this was the best trip yet.
• All the nurses were great but Anne's enthusiasm & care went above and beyond. She really helped us feel at home. We've had three babies, two at Littleton & you guys just keep getting better.
• Chelsea is a fantastic nurse. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She helped teach me a new breastfeeding technique with lots of patience. She was cheerful when she did her duties and responded with requests graciuosly. I'm so glad she was my nurse!
• Becca was attentive, responded fast, asked and answered questions, and was extremely knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better nurse.
• I absolutely cannot say enough nice things about all my nurses, Chelsea, Jody, Shawna, Ginger and Kathy! They were all amazing and so helpful. They answered all my questions and were personable! Thank you!

• Maria took great care of my son. She was very helpful in educating me. She really cared about helping us get through our first night.
• Chelsea is phenomenal. She is the most efficient, caring, well-rounded, personable, fantastic nurse I have ever encountered. At every step of her shift she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my baby's needs were met. She truly made my experience positive.
• Rachel was amazing, super friendly, super helpful. She made a tough night really easy.
• Terri was awesome! She spent an hour with us and gave us a detailed plan to deal with my specific situation. With her help we went from clueless to having great feedings almost instantly. We thank her immensely!
• Ruby was very patient with me. She gave me a lot of her time and never acted like she needed to leave. She made sure I was comfortable with everything.
• Everyone did an exceptional job. The care, expertise and friendliness was second to none!
• Vicki was an amazing nurse. She went above and beyond her duties and gave us the care and attention that we needed during this transitional time. Thanks to her for all her efforts.
• Steph was the kindest, most knowledgeable, helpful, AMAZING nurse I could ever have asked for. She met all my needs, answered all my questions and just generally took care of my baby and me. She is awesome.
• The nursing staff (Ginger, Karen, Stephanie, Diana, Deb, Terry) were outstanding. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to provide outstanding care. I can't say how much I appreciated them. I will recommend to everyone to have their babies here.
• Mary was very thorough and courteous. She had patience with us and our special needs. She made us feel welcome in the hospital.
• RN Sheri was great. She listened to what we wanted and worked as our advocate. She was professional and compassionate.
• There is so much to be said for a nurse that not only cares for your personal needs but also takes the time to know the "person." Lisa remembered all the names of my five other children but I am most impressed with the sweet moments of conversation and the EXTRA time she gave getting to know me and my family.
• Becca, Ruby and Dianna were all excellent and compassionate caregivers. They were timely, gentle and extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions with honesty and humor! They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, thank you!
• Diane was calm, efficient and very caring! She helped my husband and me tremendously after the very quick delivery of my daughter. Very knowledgeable. I trusted her completely and felt very safe with her taking care of my daughter. Much appreciation!

• Janelle went above and beyond to make our post delivery special. I was worried about breastfeeding and she was so supportive and anticipated all our needs. She felt like a part of our family and helped us to learn how to take care of our baby girl. She is wonderful.

• My goal was to have an unmedicated delivery and a healthy baby. Marti was very supportive of that goal. I credit Marti's support as a big part of the reason I was successful. She was helpful with support during the toughest part of my labor, supportive of my husband and helpful in dealing with the doctor.

• Thanks for wonderful care during the birth of our twins! Every person was instrumental in their delivery. During a time of nerves and anxiousness, the staff made me feel calm and relaxed and was very reassuring. We were very pleased with the care we received during our delivery and stay. • Kimberly, Dawn and Sara, we were in the unique situation of waiting for our induction most of the day due to limited room. Not only did they call us early enough before we left for the hospital, they kept us up to date throughout the day and we still delivered on the same day. Little things such as communication is obviously not lost on the wonderful RNs at Littleton. The education and coaching during labor was great and went smoothly even when change of shift occurred.
• Sara was very knowledgeable and reassuring during a difficult procedure and a team player.

• I want to thank Angela for taking care of all of us during the labor and delivery of my grandson. Thanks so much for encouraging me to wear a scrub jacket. It was perfect and really warmed me up!

• Julia was patient, helpful and loving. During my C-section I could not get relaxed and she held me and talked to me to try and help me feel at ease.
• I just wanted to thank Shaun for being such an amazing nurse! She was with us for each of the three nights we were in L&D. Shaun was professional yet treated me like a close friend instead of a random patient. I was so happy I was able to deliver with her! Thank you Shaun for being so caring and attentive, and most of all for being so easy to work with! You made our stay and the delivery of our baby so much easier!
• Shari, thank you for meeting my friend at the ER and encouraging her to be seen after her accident.

• While helping to train another nurse, Ashley still took the time to help and make certain my needs were met and, of course, my wife’s needs too. She didn’t hesitate to explain her actions to both of us. Let her know we said thank you!
• We had a lot of good nurses during our stay, but Janelle topped them all. She was warm, welcoming and professional. She made us feel at ease during labor and delivery. She seemed to have a great working relationship with all the other nurses and doctors.
• Marti was awesome. She explained things to us and put our minds at ease. We never felt rushed. We couldn’t imagine a better L&D nurse for us.
• Linda, words cannot explain the knowledge, compassion, helpfulness, ability to explain medical facts. Kind, beautiful, poised, smiled all day.
• Barbara was so sweet and caring to my wife. She had to do some uncomfortable things, but she did her best not to cause any more pain than necessary. I appreciated her attitude so much.
• We had four nurses during my wife's labor, but Patty was our favorite. She was so encouraging and helpful during a very difficult process.
• Michelle worked patiently and closely with my disabled daughter during her labor. She even switched shifts to ensure consistency of care and treated my daughter with respect and caring.

• Janelle was my night nurse. Since it was a 36-hour labor, it was hard and annoying, but Janelle was great, coming in every three hours to roll me over and finding a cot for my tall husband to sleep on! Janelle was warm and friendly!
• Ashley was an amazing nurse. She was very attentive to all of our needs. She was very personable and involved throughout the birth process. Ashley is obviously passionate about what she does and her patients benefit from having her there. She is knowledgeable about her field of practice. She made us feel very comfortable and confident in her being with us.
• With the quick thinking on Cherie's part and her knowledge of what a prolapsed cord meant, she saved my daughter's baby, my grandbaby! I want you to recognize Cherie for what she did! She is an amazing nurse and a gift to this world! Cherie, please know that I am so grateful to you and cannot thank you enough for what you did! You will forever be in my thoughts and prayers! • I arrived shaken and upset, but Dawn's care made all the difference. She was helpful, informative and really calmed my nerves. She also made me feel like I mattered to her and that my health and well-being was important to her. It really made me feel confident that I had chosen a great L & D for my first child.
• Joanie, thank you so much for your care through a long 2-day induction ending in a C-section. You were wonderful at keeping me calm when the rush of a C-section came. You had just started your shift, but you were calm and reassuring when I needed it.
• Everyone did an exceptional job. The care, expertise and friendliness was second to none!
• RN Kathy was truly fantastic. She brought peace, strength and love into the room. She was so understanding and encouraging and knew just what to say at just the right time.
• Cherie makes me proud to be part of the nursing profession! I could not have asked for a stronger or more solid RN to care for me during a quick labor. She was calm and focused and kept me in good spirits! A true asset to LAH! Thank you!

NICU

• Debbie was always very welcoming and informative. I felt like she cared as much as I did about my daughter's needs and well-being. We will miss seeing her.
• Jodi was very positive and encouraging while our daughter was in the NICU. She was the best cheerleader that our daughter could have had. We really appreciated her positivity!
• Cheryl is awesome! Her experience shows and her encouragement through our NICU process was much needed.
• Sarah was extremely nice, supportive, professional and caring while our son was being cared for! She had a wonderful and personable manner that helped our family be at ease with our son.

• My son was born premature and all the staff from Labor & Delivery, NICU and Women & Newborn were wonderful. They explained everything they did and why they were doing it. I don't think my wife and baby could have received better care.
• Jodi was a wonderful nurse who has taught us how to care for our preemie while still allowing us to be hands on. I cannot say enough wonderful things about someone who is so excited to share her knowledge so enthusiastically with us.

PEDIATRICS

• When we arrived in the middle of the night Julie greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable as if she knew us. She was so friendly it was very heart warming.
• My daughter really enjoyed Michele. She's very friendly and really listens. My daughter was very disappointed she couldn't have her again tonight.
• My daugher was very sick when she came in. Eun, Bev, Dawn and Debbie were very professional and positive and were all able to put a huge smile on her face. They were able to make a very scary and uncomfortable experience much easier to deal with. I really appreciate the extra time and comfort they were able to provide. They were able to make a horrible experience for my daughter much more pleasant.
• Julie and Deborah, thank you so much for taking such great care of my daughter. You had so much patience with her. I truly appreciate all your hard work.
• Julie went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was comfortable on a revisit. They had her room ready just the way she knew would make her most comfortable. Gina helped me as a mom to make the most comfortable choice concerning the next step for my daughter.

• My 4-year-old has been here for two days. The nursing staff has been incredible keeping him comfortable, easing his fears and making him laugh. From Dawn getting him settled in to Eun watching him sleep, truly a fantastic group of nurses. Also a big thank you to Trey in Respiratory for being great to my son as well. As a parent I have been very pleased with this experience.
• Dawn treated me and my family with so much respect, patience and kindness. She answered our questions even when we didn't want to ask. She treated us as if we mattered. It was very wonderful. We were stressed as it was. It was very uplifting the way she treated us. She also handles a lot of our requests and really went above and beyond to get our needs met. I was three days post-partum at the time and she acquired all of my necessities including the pump and helped set it up. I really want to thank her.
• Brenda and Debbie are great nurses - kind, helpful, considerate and warm. They even made a hospital stay enjoyable. This floor was so quiet compared to other hospital stays.
• Connie spent her time with us, tried to help us understand things and, in general, was very patient with us. She was also very caring. Thank you Connie.
• Bev is an AMAZING nurse! She cared for my 2-year-old daughter so gently and made her stay very comfortable. She took the time to tell me exactly what was going on and was great teaching me what I needed to do for my angel!! Thank you Bev!
• Eun was very sweet and soft with my 2-year-old daughter. She was very patient with her and made her very comfortable. I thank her for all she did for us!!
• Dawn was so caring. She went beyond looking after our son's physical needs and made certain my husband and I were comfortable. She listened to our concerns and cared for us emotionally too. She always had a smile on her face and was so understanding. Dawn, thanks for the care and support!
• Julie, Gina & Bev went above & beyond. They helped me recover as quick as possible.
• Julie was incredibly warm and friendly to my son, me and my wife. She explained everything well and was more than happy to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She's an asset to the hospital and to the nursing profession. We're so happy we've had her for three nights. She makes recovering easier with her upbeat personality and authentic enthusiasm. She's the embodiment of SHARE. She could even do the training for it. She's the BEST.
• Dee, Connie, Dawn, Julie, Gina, and Michele are some of the most amazing nurses I have ever dealt with. They are kind, sweet and charming. They are like your best friends and really just met you.
• Connie and Gina were compassionate, comforting, competent and confident. Great bedside manners. Made our stay great!

• My day RN was helpful in informing me about when I would be discharged. She also helped me with my IV.
• My night nurse gave me some advice on my diet that I plan on trying. I found her entertaining as we had multiple conversations about things that I was curious about. She was also helpful with constantly asking me about my pain levels and making sure I was doing OK. If I wasn't, she would do what she could to change that.
• Deb, Michele, Connie, Dee and Brenda took excellent care of my daughter. They showed compassion, competence and a level of caring that is unsurpassed. I always felt my daughter was in wonderful hands.
• We brought our baby in with RSV, and he decompensated quickly over night. Mo was very supportive and helpful to us in our distress. She took amazing care of our son, monitored him closely and was very proactive in her care of him. I felt so helpless as my son became ill, but Mo put me at ease. Thank you Mo for being such a conscientious and phenomenal nurse.
• Dawn was very attentive and had such a wonderful bedside disposition. She was so conscientious and treated our son as if her were her own, with kind and gentle hands and words. Thank you for making our stay here a good experience and taking such good care of our little baby.
• All of the Peds nurses are absolutely amazing and made our stay so much easier. I would especially like to thank Bev & Julie. My daughter loved them & so did my husband & I. It is really scary when your baby has to be in the hospital & they helped to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We truly appreciate all they do. They are the heart of LAH.
• Julie was a delight as a nurse and as a person, not merely a clinician. She had that innate special quality that allowed her to relate to our 6-month-old and to us as parents. We couldn't have appreciated her more.
• Julie was a wonderful nurse and made our stay so very pleasant through a roller coaster ride.
• Our son was very frightened about being admitted, but once he checked into his room Bev put him at ease with her friendly, kind personality.
• Bev, Monique, Mary Lou, Julie and Connie were wonderful nurses and made being in the hospital (especially over Thanksgiving) for an 8-year old so much easier. They all cared so much, had great personalities and tended not only to my son, but me. Actually, everyone here has been so great! This is such a nice hospital.
• Debbie, thank you so much for taking care of me while I was sick!! You were a great help and made my days brighter.
• Gina was very helpful and accommodating. She was very friendly and explained things well.

MAMMOGRAPHY

• Even when things were hectic Leslie was able to keep us on schedule for our procedures. She has always been good and gracious to our family. Thank you!
• Joyce and Gayle were so professional and helpful. I am 92 and needed to sit for the pictures. They were efficient and quick. Thank you.
• I have a long line of breast cancer in my family, so this experience causes emotion. Becky greeted me with a smile. Gayle did my screening, and it was like time with a friend. Thank you!
• Leslie is just so nice! She is warm and gentle and puts you at ease! I could not have been happier!
• Everyone is so nice! From registering me over the phone to getting me in on time. Just great!
• Joyce was so kind & caring. My studies showed something further to look at & Joyce got me right back in & helped with a little bit of nerves and was a true jewel. It is no wonder Mammography is at the top of HealthStream surveys - it is because the staff & experience is so great! Thank you.
• Karen & staff were so kind & professional. Warm robes, everything to make a patient comfortable. Great healing garden.
• Joyce took adequate time walking me through each process and answering my 400 questions. I never felt rushed or like any of my questions were silly. I loved that I knew my diagnosis before I left. I will be back.
• Nicole was very polite and went above and beyond in finding a nurse to call me back with the results of my mammogram.
• Gale and Karen helped me into a heated gown and then took me across the hall where it was no problem that I needed help standing and holding the pose. Then Gale pushed me back to the espresso bar for coffee and a treat while I waited an hour for my ride. They are the reason I will continue to come back yearly to Littleton for my mammograms.
• Joyce made me comfortable, from explaining things to her careful positioning of me. She is always respectful & most knowledgeable, two reasons why I request her each year.
• Gayle truly has compassion for the patients she touches. Thank you Gayle for your big heart and gentle ways.
• I was greeted by Nancy who was wonderful. Leslie took me in for my first mammogram. She talked me through the whole process. She showed me the pictures and put me at ease from the time she said hello to goodbye. She was the epitome of superior healthcare service.
• Joyce was really polite and nice. She took her time. She knew what she was doing. What a great employee. Littleton is a nice hospital. I would love to work here!

WOMEN'S SERVICES

• From the moment I walked through the ER door, my experience at LAH has exceeded my expectations. All of the nurses and doctors were available whenever I needed anything and I never had to wait!!! While in recovery, I was very happy with my nurses (Kat, Marie & Mary) at making us feel welcome. I also felt like I could call whenever I needed anything and they answered every question I had. Thank you for everything!
• The care was fantastic! From the moment we checked in to the time we left we were treated and cared for so wonderfully by the nursing staff, especially Linda, Angela, Kat and all the women in the NICU. Thank you for helping us through a difficult but wonderful experience! Our little guy is home and doing very well thanks to all of you!
• Becka, Steph, Anne, Roxy and Andrea all worked very diligently. Throughout my stay they performed all the necessary care, and they never forgot to put the pillow in a specific spot and all those little things that make a difference.

CARDIAC DIAGNOSTICS/CATH LAB

• Erin was awesome! The whole team was too: Ann, Julie, Marina & the stress test and imaging girls.
• When we were unable to find anyone to register us, Heidi called to ensure that we were taken to the ER, where we completed our diagnostic tests. Heidi took charge and ensured that we were personally cared for.
• I am very critical of medical care. I was an RN in most areas for 44 years. Janelle was very compassionate, effective, competent and professional. A very soft-spoken attitude and demeanor but do not let it fool you, she is tops in every way as an RN.
• My mom had cardiology tests and a brain scan. Everyone has been so patient, kind, positive, gentle and caring with her. Thank you all so much!!
• Bracken, Susan and Mirsada made me feel at ease and explained things as we went along. I was very anxious. They are very professional and at the same time compassionate.
• Karen arranged for a cab to take me home. Very pleasant.
• Everyone was so friendly and fast! ED RN Marci had a great sense of humor for putting up with me.
• My husband was in a bad situation after a heart attack and Jennifer looked after me and brought me and a friend drinks and a snack - with her own money. Thank you so much, Jennifer.
• I can see why Christina was hired. She is great!
• Karen was persistent in scheduling heart and blood pressure monitors for my husband to meet time constraints for scheduling with a cardiologist. We were in New York and she took it upon herself to coordinate with everyone in Colorado for us. She even volunteered to come in on Saturday to scan the results if necessary. Thank you Karen for being a warm-hearted, caring person.
• I don't know how you are teaching your customer service, but it is outstanding. We have been here many times and it keeps getting better. Traci was great.

FLOAT POOL

• Julie was very helpful and so kind during my mom's stay. She was very personable and cared about how my mom was doing and was always willing to help. We were very thankful to have her as my mom's nurse!
• Christine treated me with concern and compassion and allowed me to sleep uninterrupted for several hours. When I woke up I felt so much better. She took the time to really listen to me and hear my concerns. Her caring and her professionalism really stood out.
• Lisa's kindness, empathy and professionalism made me feel easier about my stay here. She listened and answered all my questions. She had a calming way about her that gave me confidence. She was timely. She is an RN super star in my opinion. Other very good caregivers were Lisa on days, Angela and Christine on nights and CNAs Rika and Lizbeth.
• I find Dickson to be very compassionate and kind. Dickson is a hard worker. What a servant!!
• Marge rocks! Marge told my mom that she was making a cake for her daughter's party, and she would bring mom a piece on Sunday. Well she did!! Mom loved it. Marge goes above and beyond. She takes her job seriously and gives her patients excellent, loving care.
• I have been in the hospital for almost a month and Nick was one of the most kind and compassionate nurses I have had. He understood my needs and was very attentive. He truly is a special person.
• Renae has been wonderful. She was attentive and patient. She dealt with our fears and frustrations with compassion and professionalism. Renae is respectful and kind. She has gone above and beyond.
• Lola is a very personable and cheerful young lady. She always has a smile. She always asked if I needed anything or if there was anything she could do for me. She went out of her way to get me something to eat even though it was 5 o'clock in the morning.
• Renae has been extremely patient. She dealt with our frustration and did everything possible to ease my mother's pain and fears. Renae has been compassionate, efficient, thorough, very respectful and professional. She has gone above and beyond. We truly appreciated her.
• Jen, Martha, Kaylene & Laura were especially well trained & helpful. I felt well taken care of in my short stay. These four should be commended.
• Christine was helpful in explaining what was going to be done. She was also able to make me laugh when I wasn't feeling well. Thanks for the wonderful care!
• Nick is a fantastic nurse! He goes out of his way to make sure I have whatever I need. Always efficient and upbeat. He is an asset to your organization.

PEDIATRIC EMERGENCY CARE

• We came in to have our daughter’s ears checked after flying in from Arizona. I am beyond pleased with our experience. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Thank you so-o-o much. Fabulous experience!
• We've been coming here for years. Great people!
• Thank you for all of your help. My daughter felt comfortable with you. You were efficient and supportive. It's the easiest ER visit that we've ever had despite the illness. 5 stars!!!

MEDICAL IMAGING

• Thank you to the x-ray tech Joshuah for making my son comfortable and explaining the process to him. Joshuah made him smile because he got to pick two stickers, and he got one for his mom. It's these small things that should be acknowledged as this very caring employee made my son smile while he was very sick and that is priceless. Thank you for doing a great job!
• The finest radiology department I have seen and I think I have been to them all. Receptionist Nancy was professional, pleasant and efficient. Marte and Kris were expert, professional, pleasant and efficient. The radiologists were efficient, expert and professional. They had the results to my doctor before I left the parking lot! Overall a great department and a tribute and asset to LAH.
• I had an esophagram last week and both the speech pathologist and radiology person were great. I was impressed, and I'm usually not. Thanks for their professionalism and help.
• Erin was awesome! The whole team was too: Ann, Julie, Marina & the stress test and imaging girls.
• During my 95-year-old mother's care, Mariah and Kelly performed tests. My mother was not very cooperative, but Mariah and Kelly were patient and caring. I would like to commend them for the awesome care they provided.
• I asked Becky for records from one hospital, and she found records from two other Adventist hospitals and made all the information available to me. Thank you very much!!! She went above and beyond.
• Suzanne assisted in my hip injection procedure. She was very caring. I really enjoyed her as part of the whole team that really worked well together.
• Every time I come for any screening the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful! I really appreciate the care I receive!
• I've had multiple visits to the ER and Charles has always been extremely polite and helpful. Always going above and beyond. Centura is lucky to have him.
• I called asking what day and time Cassie would be available to do an ultrasound. I was told she was not available late on Fridays. Much to my surprise when the tech came out to get me tonight it was Cassie. The Ultrasound team had told her I had called asking for her and she stayed late for me. I appreciate that very much. Thank you for always being so helpful to me during stressful times, as these exams are not pleasant. Thank you to the Ultrasound team for letting Cassie know I had asked for her.
• I was in a lot of pain and Michelle was very caring, intelligent and efficient. Excellent!
• Rob and Christine: Check in was a very friendly and smooth experience. The technician was very friendly and made the procedure very comfortable.
• Greg was caring, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor.
• Chris went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. She did an excellent job explaining the test I was having. She made me feel that I was actually an important human being & not just anohter test. I hope & pray that Littleton continues to hire & keep employees like Chris!
• Danielle was very personable and professional.
• I was terrified to have a procedure done. Bree explained everything and gave me an opportunity to ask questions.
• Kelly was exceptionally competent. I very much appreciated her explanation of the procedure & ease of work. She's also very smart.
• My 2-year-old son had to have a CT under sedation. I was so anxious & scared but Jess was so soft & gentle with her & made me feel that she was safe. Thank you Jess.

• My daughter was a patient. Charles took us to & from some tests & was so amazing with her. She was very comfortable with him & that meant so much to me. Thank you Charles for being AMAZING!!

• I needed to have an x-ray done and was quite nervous. Jon was exceptional! He had a wonderful attitude and is a great asset to your hospital. He was very professional and had a great sense of humor! He made my visit very comfortable.
• Deb was very kind and concerned about my condition. She was gentle and did not see me as just another cog in the patient system. She had a good sense of humor which helped me get through the MRI.

• Kristi & Michelle were not only professional but so pleasant and accommodating! The attitude and outgoing desire to please made my test a pleasure. In fact, the whole experience made me look forward to returning in the future!

They showed compassion, competence and a level of caring that is unsurpassed. I always felt my daughter was in wonderful hands.
• First, I'd like to say thank you to everyone in the outpatient RCU. I've been going there weekly for paracentesis and everyone has made it a pleasure.
• Amy, Brie and Jonathan helped make a very difficult time for me safe and helped me through it. It meant a lot. Thanks.
• Over and beyond great customer service. I watched Becky help everyone and seemed to be such a joy. You guys are blessed to have her. Made my experience a lot easier.
• John has a warm, caring attitude that puts one very much at ease. I get very nervous with medical procedures, and he put me at ease.
• Kelly is extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable. When she noticed a test hadn't been ordered, she got a hold of the doctor who then ordered the missing test.
• Lindsey was so kind and willing to make me feel comfortable. Just so nice and polite to my friend. Thank you for truly acting above and beyond.
• Becky is a great person to be first contact & sometimes last contact. It seems like it is policy to go above & beyond here. Thanks for treating me like you care!
• Crystal was caring and made me feel safe and kept me involved. She told me if I was in too much pain, she would stop and call for medications. Very, very nice tech.

• Chris is very nice. He's been my tech before and he explains things well. He's very personable. Karen is great, very nice and has a fun personality.
• Nancy was very patient with me recently when I was checking in for a bone density test. She was so nice and cheerful that I thought you should know about it.
• As usual, Chris was so pleasant and kind that our handicapped daughter had total trust in her and wasn't anxious about the procedure. God bless!
• Kitty was wonderful with me. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I have issues with falling and Kitty asked several times if I needed a wheelchair and always had a chair close by. She was a very friendly, compassionate, gentle person.
• I had a bone density test recently, and Leslie was so kind and professional. She took the time to read to me the previous bone density test results. Very nice!
• Cari was extremely kind, caring and compassionate. I was very scared and required sedation for my procedure. Cari calmed me with her sweet demeanor and attitude. I cannot say enough about this wonderful nurse. She was my guardian angel, and I won't forget her caring nature. I wish the world had more nurses like Cari.
• From the second she picked me up out of the waiting room all the way through my thoracic MRI, Amy smiled and put me at ease. Amy and Nancy at the front desk are why I come to Littleton not Swedish.
• Alison was very friendly. I enjoyed getting X-rays. Fantastic job!

ICU

• My father-in-law was brought here after suffering a stroke. The entire staff (Jon, Erin, Alicia, Lynette, Jamie, Angie and Mary) has been outstanding and have given him support, direction, care and has earned our confidence and gratitude. In particular two nurses, Jon and Erin, have impressed us with their hard work and kindness. We feel blessed to have had their presence during this time. Jon and Erin make a great team and complement each other well. They have been great and we thank them.

• Erin was the night nurse for my boyfriend when he was in the ICU. She was so nice and went above and beyond what was expected. We greatly appreciated her during this difficult time!
• All the nurses are caring, sensitive, helpful, encouraging, understanding, absolutely wonderful, proficient, knowledgeable, quick to respond, notice problems quickly. Your nurses are truly the best: Kim from chemo, Laura on days, Jason on nights and Tanya on days.

• I remember very little during my nine-day stay in the ICU. One of the few memories was with Jenna and the time she took to wash my hair and help shave my face. I remembered feeling like a new man. She was also very compassionate. I remember a time when I broke down in tears while trying to cope through this traumatic experience, and she listened, was there for me and helped to reassure me that things would get better.
• I was transferred from ICU to 5 North. On Saturday I got a visit from Erin. It was not her schedule but a sincere interest and it pleasantly meant a lot to me and my family.
• Pam is a great nurse and deserves a raise. She was right on top of everything.
• Arlene was so kind, caring and attentive. I truly appreciated her great care.
• Nick was very thorough & hard working. He went the extra mile in taking care of my husband. He was very articulate & explained what was happening so we really understood it. Nick was optimistic but also realistic concerning my husband's condition. My husband has been in the hospital three times since Thanksgiving. He has seen a lot of nurses, & Nick was among the best.
• The pleasant, compassionate and dedicated personnel that took care of my wife in the ER, ICU and 6th floor were a revelation to us, and we offer our sincere thanks!
• Mollie's care has been exceptional! She's professional yet personable. She has made the patient feel like a friend rather than a patient and made the patient's recovery a joyful experience.
• Nick was very kind & considerate. He explained to my husband what procedures would be done. He answered our questions. Nick is a 10! It means so much to have compassionate caregivers.

• At a time of such stress, Marilyn treated my brother with care, concern and a gentle sense of humor. She helped us through a difficult time and did more for the family then she realizes. She is truly an angel.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

• James went above and beyond in all aspects of his service (even at very busy times). Responded very quickly to call buzzer. Best of any hospital ER nurse we have experienced. The rest of the ER staff was wonderful in a very frightening experience.
• Susan was very kind and patient with my son. He was very scared and fought with the nurses when he needed his IV. She continued to talk to my son calmly and did a really great job caring for my little guy. She showed great compassion and care to my son today and made our visit as comfortable as she possibly could. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help those in need and am truly grateful for wonderful, caring nurses like Susan. Thank you for helping my little boy feel better!
• Emily was very sweet and helped my husband's pain with an ice pack which was needed!

• During my 95-year-old mother's care, Mariah and Kelly performed tests. My mother was not very cooperative, but Mariah and Kelly were patient and caring. I would like to commend them for the awesome care they provided.
• Both Clarrissa and Maryanne were the best. Clarrissa was my RN and was very attentive and caring. She explained everything as we went along.
• Rachel was totally FABULOUS! She worked tirelessly and kept my husband as comfortable as possible for 10 hours of transfusions. She is a credit to your team!!

• They anticipated my needs and explained and acted quickly. I’ve been in a lot of EDs, and care at Littleton is exemplary from entry to bed admission.
• I was brought in by ambulance following a minor car accident. The doctor, nurse and all personnel were fantastic. My care and treatment were excellent. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
• Sara (ED) was great! She was really nice & had a great sense of humor. Jana & Heike (4S) were awesome nurses. They were very attentive & made our stay comfortable. Thanks to all!

• Dr. Barta is a compassionate and very funny doctor. She put my daughter at ease right away. She is thorough and wants the best for her patients. Nurses Cindy and Melanie are as attentive as possible, friendly and easy to talk to. They took good care of their patient. Competent, friendly nurses make all the difference in a patient's experience. My daughter had a good experience.
• Erika was very caring and made my night go a whole lot smoother. She accommodated me as well as monitored me and gave me great clinical care.
• Rachel was wonderful caring for my dad. She was excellent educating our family on what was happening and his plan of care. Our family wanted to thank her for her excellent care. The ED was excellent with immediate and excellent care. They worked together as an excellent team.
• Rhoda was more than kind and willing to do anything that a patient/patient's friend asked if it meant making the patient comfortable. It's nice to have someone so pleasant in a place that's dreary.
• Marci was an amazing nurse. She had a great bedside manner. She was kind and attentive, answered all my questions and made me feel like I was her only patient. I'm sure I wasn't! She was always quick with medications too. You are lucky to have her.

• Littleton is a very good hospital. I always get treated with respect and everyone cares. Most importantly, I leave knowing I'm OK and with answers. Thank you all, especially the front desk ER receptionist who checked me in.
• Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering me a blanket and then another and really making me feel like I wasn't a burden, almost as kind as a mother!

• Sandy displayed the upmost in professionalism when caring for my health. She went about doing her job in a quiet but confident manner. Her peers surely have someone to look to when it comes to patient care. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.
• Fara is a wonderful caregiver. She's friendly, calm and professional. I really appreciate her. She helped me through the worst night on steroids.
• My brother was terribly sick. Ronalda was like a family member - so very concerned and thrilled when he got better. Thank you Ronalda, our Angel.
• A wonderful group of caregivers. Professional and responsive. Everyone is friendly and very good at what they do.
• Sandy made my stay very pleasant. No one took the time to prepare the shower like she did. She went over and beyond what was expected of her. She is an asset to Centura and needs to be commended. She made the shower very safe and changed my bed to perfection. Outstanding, compassionate and seems to be a leader. Maybe she can teach your other employees.
• Monae was kind, caring and gentle. She called us the night my mother-in-law was confused and belligerent so we could come in to calm her down. She answered all our concerns with a smile. An A+ nurse!!
• After admittance and diagnosis of problem, everyone was giving professional advice and empathy. Heidi was so specific and caring. Both doctors gave expert details of diagnosis as well as caring comments. You have friendly and caring folks. Mary and Jamie were helpful in words to guide us through the hospital procedure. No suggestions but keep hiring people like those who helped this past few days.
• Terra was great at giving me hands on care and explaining what and why.
• Launa was basically my personal nurse for two days and afterward when she was floor CNA was still on top and helped a lot. She was very kind.
• Lisa's kindness, empathy and professionalism made me feel easier about my stay here. She listened and answered all my questions. She had a calming way about her that gave me confidence. She was timely. She is an RN super star in my opinion. Other very good caregivers were Lisa on days, Angela and Christine on nights and CNAs Rika and Lizbeth.
• Terra was very kind and helpful to my twin sister and me. She was always thinking ahead. I really appreciate her commitment to her work. Thank you Terra. May the Lord bless you.
• Mary K, you have a wonderful smile as you bounce around working hard from A to Z. You are very thorough with your work. Thank you so much for being caring and compassionate.
• Marta lights up any room she enters. She takes the extra time to explain and answer any questions about any treament or procedures. She shows with every interaction how much her patients and fellow staff mean to her. I have never had a nurse be more kind or respectful to all those around. She also has an amazing talent at making people smile, even through the hard stuff.
• Terra continued to show me kindness, compassion and concern even when she was super busy. She has been available for any assistance needed with a smile.
• Kat is always totally professional. Totally understands all components of SHARE. Always pleasant and understanding. Timely with all meds and checks. Compassionate.
• Mary K is so personable and genuine towards her patients and their families. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse in my time of need. Thank you Mary K for helping me get well.
• Priscus is the only nurse’s aide I have ever had who was concerned about patients brushing their teeth. Good for him. Brushing is important.
• Lisa is amazing!!! 100% wonderful and helpful. Really up to the challenge of resolving issues! Very sweet, giving and professional about it all as well. Best part is that she cared about my well-being first. She could see and feel the help I needed. It came natural to her to want to help and know what to do! I have spent years in hospitals, and she stands out above all nurses!
• Tim took the time to explain things and address concerns I had. He was in no hurry and very pleasant, even when I wasn't. There should be more Tims out there. He made me feel important and was truly sincere.
• Terra was most helpful. She was efficient, goal oriented, personable, people friendly and completely knowledgeable about her job. My confidence in her ability was high. She went above SHARE.
• Everyone on the 4th floor was great & their attitudes lifted mine.
• All the staff was incredibly nice, compassionate, diligent about performing their jobs to a high level, and truly cared about me. They have been wonderful.
• Priscus is very, very good at her job. The best CNA I had during the time I was in the hospital.

• Andrea is an excellent nurse. She combines great skill with a ton of empathy. She was born to be a nurse and is excellent at it.
• Tim has a great attitude and a good sense of humor. He helped put our entire family at ease. On top of that, he's a true pro and very good at his work.
• The nurses and CNAs were very thorough and their personalities were very good. Very people oriented. I haven't been treated this well at a hospital in a very long time. They were very prompt and efficient. My stay was the best ever.
• Robyn is a fine RN. My wife had nausea issues and Robyn contacted more than one of my wife's physicians to obtain a better med. She remained calm, upbeat, positive, attentive and kind during her shift. I will be forever grateful.
• I was in Michelle's care for two days. She was so incredibly kind to me. She was such a genuinely nice person and fits nursing so well. She was very gentle with me and my IVs. She educated me about how to care for my drain, and she kept my nausea under control. She always smiled. She was so sweet. I appreciated her more than I can express. She was wonderful. Thank you Michelle for giving me the honor of being in your care. You're amazing.
• Heike is fantastic, and that is an understatement. She has been so good to me. I can't commend her enough. She is a wonderful, brilliant nurse and I was very blessed to be in her care. She answered all my questions. She educated me and was always so encouraging. I want to thank you Heike for taking care of me and making my experience a positive one, also for pushing me with my obnoxious clan of sisters (who I love very much).
• Michelle was my first post-surgery nurse, so she had to deal with my tears. She was absolutely wonderful! She made me laugh at every turn. She was incredibly encouraging & very informative. She comforted me on so many levels. Thank you Michelle for being the amazing nurse that you are. It doesn't go unnoticed.
• RN Audrey is very friendly and builds trust in her patients. She is not afraid to speak her mind if it is in the patient's best interest. I admire that capability. CNA Kara is the perfect match for Audrey. She is sweet, very helpful and easy to trust. She made my hospital stay the best it could be.
• Wendy was incredibly kind, abnormally helpful & overall wonderful! Her compassion was contagious & she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Wendy for caring for me.
• Andrea was wonderful! She was compassionate and understanding and always took time for me when I needed her. When Andrea told me that Michelle was going to be my day nurse, she told me that if she ever needed a nurse, she would want Michelle. I knew then I was going to be in very good hands. I don't even know where to begin to explain how wonderful Michelle was.
• Krystle is such a special woman. She was down to earth and kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I loved being her patient. I wish her the best in the future. CNA Heather was so kind and fun. She made me laugh and was very helpful.
• Julia was very caring and was always there if I needed her and would get my questions answered if she didn't know.
• Wendy was fantastic. She helped my mother with everything and was so kind.

• Lily was the most friendly, knowledgeable nurse. She took the time to get to know me and made sure I had what I needed. She is a very caring and loving person.
• Terra went out of her way to help me after my surgery. Her compassion to make me feel better by helping brush my teeth, a warm blanket, walking down the hall, helping me sit up in bed and in the chair. Very gentle taking my blood pressure and blood sugar. Terra is an asset to your organization.
• It takes a special person to make one laugh while in the hospital. Andy is definitely one. Humor and smiles are key to health. Thanks Andy.
• Robyn was professional, courteous, followed up, knowledgeable, kind, sincere and prompt. I couldn't ask for much more than that! Kudos to Robyn.

• My son was a patient on 4 South. I must say I've never been a patient or visited a hospital in which the services were so excellent. The staff, from nurses down through housekeeping, were friendly and courteous. In spite of the stressful reason I was there, I must say it was a very enjoyable experience. Thanks to all who served my son in an excellent manner and friendliness and expertise! Karen was great!
• Nick was professional, caring and proactive. He is very upbeat, cheerful and efficient.
• Every single hospital employee I've encountered has been exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Michelle, Jessica and Maureen in particular went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible.
• Karen was professional & caring. She listened to our main concern about pain being effectively managed at home so it wouldn't escalate & cause an ER visit within 24-48 hours. She not only listened but ensured this concern/need was met.
• Kendra was professional & caring. She was very observant of changes in my pain levels as they worsened. She communicated this to the surgeon so effective measures were carried out to relieve pain and regain ground that was lost. A truly compassionate caregiver.
• Wendy was professional, caring, paid close attention to detail, was right there, proactive, very warm, upbeat and caring.
• Catherine was very knowledgeable and responsive, and she made me feel very comfortable.
• The absolute best care and compassion Karen showed me was divine! I so appreciated her tender care.

• Hainy gave very good nursing care & spent time with the patient & family. The hospital is very lucky to have such a caring nurse.
• Maria was very kind and explained many procedures to my husband. She was very gentle when moving him.
• Paula gave me a sponge bath and suggested I brush my teeth. No one else did that. She was so polite and caring. She worked quickly and efficiently. I, as her patient, came first.

• Hainy has an excellent, caring, wonderful personality. She helped make sure I was comfortable and very responsive. She always helped me ASAP with pain and anticipated my needs!
• Toni went above and beyond taking care of me. My leg cramps and back pain were so intense and she contacted my physician group to help figure out the appropriate medications and then took great care of me! She helped me to relax and let the medication work. I felt like a new person when I got up the next day and was able to move around with so much less pain. She is a true asset to LAH and a wonderful person.
• Michelle (RN) was wonderful. Great sense of humor. Always there when mom needed her. Really knew how to make a 93-year-old feel good and hopeful. Too bad you can't clone her.
• Kyle was very competent and caring to our 93-year-old mother after she broke her hip. He has a great sense of humor. Mom really enjoyed him. 
• I appreciate all nurses and other staff. What I really liked about Kyle was how comfortable he made me feel and what an instant friend he was to me. He was more than helpful. He didn't treat me like a room number but a friend.
• RN Vicki was extremely pleasant, had excellent skills, and strong patient care abilities. RN Catherine paid extreme attention to detail, was highly professional and had great bedside manners. RN Carol was expert and highly personable. She made surgery easy for all concerned.
• Karen is such a magnificent person! She is so caring and kind. She did everything she could for me. She is very personable and nursing is truly her calling. Thank you so much for taking such great such great care of me.
• Hainy is such a joy. Her personality is radiating. She did such a wonderful job looking after me and I enjoyed our time together. She is such an upbeat person. Thanks to her for her hard work and dedication.

• Valerie had a sixth sense. She was very responsive, kind, jovial and just plain fun to have taking care of my mother.

• The staff worked together & took good/excellent care of my mom. They were professional, caring & took their time. They were patient & connected to my mom's needs. This is the second time Littleton provided care for my mom. Our family is so lucky we found you. There is NO other place like this hospital. Thank you so much!
• CNA Maria greets patients with a smile each visit. She loves her job and is attentive to her patients' needs. Maria never leaves my room without making sure she has gone through her to-do list thoroughly. She does the right thing each day.
• Bryan has a great sense of humor and is very accessible. Bryan goes out of his way to explain the how and why of procedures, and he does it with a smile each time. He made a painful visit tolerable. Awesome sense of humor and bedside manner.
• RN Michelle was very informative, caring and cheerful. Her motto "To have them comply, explain them why" made my stay more comfortable. It was obvious she loves her job.

5 NORTH

• Best care I've ever received in any hospital thanks to Neisha and many other staff members.
• Your staff is of superior quality in all facets. I would like to take this moment to give a well-deserved kudos to RN Samantha. She was very professional, empathetic and has an honest care for people. Not once did I feel like a patient but always felt like a privileged guest. The same kudos above also applies to Erin and April. Their care was exceptional and done with dignity and genuine concern.
• To Jen, Kim, Sherilyn, Martha, Mandy and all support staff. I am a vet. I have been in many hospitals many times over the years. I have never had more loving and compassionate care and attention to my every need. Every question answered. If I or my family is ever in the hospital, I would want it to be Littleton Adventist.
• Annie and Tina were the best nurses! They made the situation incredibly tolerable, and I am very grateful.
• Erin was awesome! The whole team was too: Ann, Julie, Marina & the stress test and imaging girls.
• Erin was always there for my mom, and when Erin felt like she couldn't get to my mom in a timely manner she asked a co-worker who could. Very polite, nice and great attention to details. Thank you Erin!
• Stephanie has such a genuine gift of compassion. Even after my mom was transferred to another floor she sought us out to check on us and bring a Starbucks. What a nice way to go above and beyond!!! Thank you for the angel medal!
• I was ill and Amee, Kathryn, Caroline & Tina 0 everyone was so helpful to make sure I got through it until Jessica arrived. All were very thoughtful. Great team work.
• Jessica is very understanding and helpful and has lots of patience. Great nurse!
• Erin is compassionate, skilled, thorough, a good communicator and has leader qualities.
• Fairleen was very patient with my father, my mother and me. She explained situations in detail and got us printed information to help us understand.
• Jessica made me feel she had all the time in the world to answer my questions. She always gave my dad a loving pat when she came into the room.
• Janice pleasantly made getting into my room at 10:45 pm easy. She let me know what she was doing and explained each procedure. She was personable and professional. I appreciated such fine customer service. Janice was great.
• Jennifer listened to our concerns and was very efficient. She is sharp!
• I just wanted to say that Dr. Meghan and Stacha were above amazing! I would come back here just for them.
• Amee and Marina took care of me very well with lots of TLC.
• Neisha and Brandi are such a good team. Their care was topnotch and five star.
• I am disabled and Mandy knew exactly how to handle me. She made my stay much easier.
• When Roni came on to work last night, she saw my husband smelled bad. As an RN, I knew it was not part of her duties, but, to her, the patient came first!! She gave him a bath, changed the sheets and his gown and he slept soundly for the first time in days.­­­
• We missed Heather!!! She wasn’t assigned to my husband’s room. In the past, she has been a rock of understanding and helpfulness to change the bedding, gown, etc. We love her!
• Laura had an excellent bedside manner. She always had a smile on her face, was always cheerful and seemed to genuinely care.
• Heather went above and beyond to make sure the patient was taken care of including being friendly and helpful. Always kind and willing to help throughout the entire shift. Would make me like to come here for my next hospital stay.
• Rick was extremely helpful & friendly and went above & beyond to be as helpful as he could be for both the patient & me, as a guest. He maintained a very pleasant attitude throughout the night. If I should ever get admitted again, this is the hospital I’d like to come to.

• My mom was on 5 North for ten days. All of the nurses, CNAs and students were AMAZING! Thank you for the wonderful care!
• My mom was here in February 2011 and Nadine was one of her nurses. She was on duty the night my mom was admitted in April 2012, and she remembered us. Good feeling. Very nice.
• Laura is so kind, warm, loving, friendly and bubbly! She is a special person with a special gift.

• Caroline gave excellent care & was sensitive, sweet & attentive. She has a gentle nature & caring compassion.

• I felt Mandy had my best care in mind. She helped me understand what she had to do. I have never written about someone before & I'm very pleased that I can let you know that you have an employee who represents your hospital in such a positive way.

She is a very knowledgeable RN. Very receptive to other people's needs, even before you ask. She also is very attentive to me as an individual and whole person. I will never forget Neisha or her face! In all my stays at LAH (and there are lots), I have never felt so safe and reassured and secure that everything was going to be fine!
• Anania was always smiling. Just a delightful, positive person.
• Laura (CNA) was delightful. A real caring heart and positive, fun attitude.
• Marina has helped me so thoughtfully in all the routines each day. She's done a number of extra thoughtful things and was so cheerful when she must have been so tired. I have ended up loving her and being refreshed by her presence in the room.
• No matter how chaotic the day is, Jessica is a constant beacon of calm in an often dark and troubled sea. Her comfort and strength are endless and God given.
• Neisha's smile lights up a room. Her knowledge and comfort knows no bounds. This kind of employee isn't trained, they are gifted.
• Amberlie exhibited incredible personal and professional skills. She welcomed us with open arms. She really comforted my mother and me in a difficult time.

• Britton was a fantastic nurse to me. She was efficient and professional at all times, yet she was soft-spoken and patient when I had questions or I was afraid I would be hurt during a move. She is a wonderful, model nurse.
• Nikki was so supportive when I arrived to see my mother who had just broken her hip. I had driven from Iowa to be with her, and Nikki welcomed my spending the night in the hospital. She got a bed, toiletries, etc., to make me comfortable. I appreciated her so much.
• The CNA's I had were all so responsible, respectful & helpful. They were always polite & did their jobs efficiently & positively, even the unpleasant jobs.
• Without exception the nurses were professional, kind and efficient. Every nurse treated my mother and her family with respect and never failed to explain what they were doing.
• Wow, talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. CNA Laura had to do a dirty job and did it with a smile. Her sense of humor was great. You can tell she loves her job. Kudos to her.

• My entire family is extremely grateful and impressed with the care my mother received. We felt the entire staff was hugely supportive and enthusiastic about giving care to our mother. Their positive attitudes exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the night staff or day staff, the quality of my mother's care impressed my entire family.

I know her workload is no doubt heavy, but when she says she will do something she will do something she does it or sees that it is done. All the staff have done a good job. Amee has been outstanding and we appreciate her help.
• What a bubbly breath of fresh air! CNA Laura exudes a positive presence. She takes charge and finds a way to complete the task at hand with a smile! She's abounding with a can-do spirit! We love it!

• P.J. kept us informed and updated more than anyone. Very caring, very compassionate, very sweet.
• I want to let you know how a stay with your departments and ER has made a very difficult experience an exceptionally good experience. The doctors' explanations and the nurses and staff were exceptional. Their explanation has really been a relief.
• Heather is a very competent, caring RN. She responds to my husband's calls immediately and professionally. You are fortunate to have her on your staff!!
• Taylor kept us informed regularly about care providers, scheduled visits, etc. Very competent. A credit to your staff.
• Erin has given and maintained not only high marks but credit beyond that for being EXCELLENT! Her skills were as if she'd been in the game for many years! She had an honest answer for every question, of which I had many. She always remained upbeat, very positive and her friendly bedside manner was beyond that which I've experienced in 29 years! My treatment has been superb! Every staff member I saw did a good job, but hands down I'd ask for Erin first!
• My mom received great treatment while on 6 North but none better than that from Heather, who was exceptional!! She was the perfect balance of kindness, compassion and professionalism. She treated my mom with tremendous respect and gave her the care and attention she needed. Thank you, thank you for all you did Heather! I am very grateful.
• RN Pam and CNA Heather are probably the most knowledgeable nurses I've ever had. They went to great lengths to explain. Listen! Compassionate! I could go on and on, but I think you get my drift!
• My husband was a patient for eight days. The care he received was remarkable. Heather, Kara and Molly were so kind and caring. We were very pleased!
• What can I say? Colina is a wonderful nurse and a joy to be around! She lifts your spirits! If I wrote a long dissertation about her qualities, it wouldn't be enough. If I'm ever in the hospital again, I want her for my nurse.

• Kara is so informed and helped me and my husband understand everything. She was always smiling and always there to help whenever we needed her.

• Molly has a great bedside manner and is pleasant and cheerful. She frequently checked on my comfort. She is an asset to 6 North.
• Pam went above and beyond to help me every way she could with Medicaid issues. She is one of the nicest and most helpful nurses I've ever had. She answered all my questions and if she couldn't she would find the answer for me. I will always remember how kind she was with me. When I would start to get overwhelmed or have an anxiety attack, she would be right there for me.
• Pam took care of my mom. She was so kind, caring and really tried to intuit what mom needed. She managed mom's pain and anxiety by anticipating and paying attention to mom's needs. Thank you!
• Tina took time to really engage with my mom, who is speech challenged. She showed her lots of extra kindness and me too!
• Once on the Telemetry Unit, I was pleasantly surprised at every aspect of my care. Room service meals with an orchid! Names and phone numbers of my care team for each shift! Coffee whenever I asked! My biggest surprise was the quietness of the unit, especially at night. I had numerous blood draws at all hours of the day and night, and the technicians were excellent and always found an elusive vein on the first stick! I could go on and on, but I think I have made the point that, in my opinion, your hospital is one of the best anywhere. I want to acknowledge the very special staff that cared for me: RN Susan in the ER, RNs Erin and Michelle day shift Tele Unit and CNA Liza on the day shift. RN Cathy on the Tele Unit was a special blessing.
• Jenna was able to calm my mom who was very distraught one evening. She took extra time and care talking with her. Mom has had a stroke and can't talk. Jenna thought through the best actions, implemented them quickly and kept the family informed.
• Patrick does a wonderful job of making patients and visitors feel at ease. He is a great nurse.
• Colina is very calming, helpful and always there when you need her. She is lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend her.
• Through a really tough night for my mother, Colina was not only very compassionate, she was thinking all the time. She made several calls to the doctor for clearance to make a change in tactics. I think Colina is an outstanding nurse!
• John & Tina put my mind at ease. John's efficiency & helpfulness is superb. Tina is so therapeutic and nice. Thank you for the angels of mercy you have working here.
• Patrick was very professional, compassionate and skillful! We felt our father was more than safe in Patrick's care.
• Cat was very kind, knowledgeable and professional while being very understanding to family members with many questions. She was always quick to respond. We felt the patient was being checked up on frequently. We had confidence in her skills during some difficult incidences. We also felt safe with her and knew she wouldn't hesitate to call the doctor or get answers for us.
• Joyce has a kind, soothing approach. She always helped me. She is definitely one of the best. I would give her a ten. Thank you.
• Jen (RN) was very professional and competent. A striking characteristic that we appreciated about Jen was that she didn't belittle the patient of the family and she would listen to the family's concerns and always addressed them in her plan of action. We never worried about getting the nurse because Jen seemed to be there in the room or at least very close when concerns surfaced. She responded very quickly to all requests.
• We were very impressed with Heather's nursing skills and bedside manner. She made our dad and us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions and reassured us. She is most professional.
• I wanted to say how much my hospital stay was helped by the kindness and wonderful attitude of Joyce. She was a real joy! Always right there to help me. She is an asset to your organization. Just a great person all around.
• Absolutely above and beyond care from all, particularly Lauren. What a gem.

• My mom has been in and out of hospitals for many years and in several states with her condition. I have met hundreds of nurses in this journey and Eunice is definitely in the class of exceptional/outstanding nurses. We were blessed with Eunice's care, love and compassion, not just for mom but the entire family. Eunice knew when to encourage mom to fight and feel better. She helped me to be stronger throughout mom's serious health issues! Eunice was there for the family. Thank you with all my heart!

• Of all the times I have been the hospital over the 75 years of my life, I have never had such a nice and helpful nurse as Christine. She is so pleasant and so cheerful all of the time. She seems to like what she does and does it so well, that is, helping people feel better and getting them well.
• Tami was my night nurse, and she was wonderful. She was proactive and took time to talk to me at my level. She truly cared for her patients.
• Marge is truly the patient's advocate. She listens and is very proactive and professional. She understood what was going on with our daughter and helped us through our daughter's health issues. She is a very kind, considerate and passionate nurse. Marge is a very valuable asset to Centura Health.
• Christine has a wonderful bedside manner. As a patient, I felt she really cared about my well-being.
• Christine has cared for my wife for several days. She has always been very personable, professional and efficient and very quick to take care of my wife's needs. We both thank her very much and think she should be commended.
• Last night was very difficult for our family. Tami went home and got a guitar so I could sing some hymns for my mother. Christine found us some food at 3 a.m. and took great care of my mother. Erika prepared an empty room for us so we could get some sleep. They truly went above and beyond. Their efforts were truly appreciated.
• The nurses were the nicest and most helpful staff I have seen in a hospital!
• My dear aunt, newly diagnosed with cancer, came in last night. We were trying to get our bearings and arrange things today and made decisions. Shirley was so helpful, solicitous and kind despite her many functions that day. She also helped to facilitate a big meeting we needed with home care and hospice. She pulled in chairs from other rooms in a joyful manner.
• Marge cared for my dear aunt today. She was very helpful, responsive & anticipated needs & solutions that were very agreeable. She medicated her to comfort but without overdoing it. She facilitated a big meeting we needed with hospice & home care.
• Kristi was amazing & went above and beyond to deal with my pain & anxiety. She answered all my questions & kept on top of reaching out to my physician.
• Marge took the extra steps to talk to me. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. She is very kind and sympathetic and such an asset.
• Erika has been the best thing about my stay! That and recovering (of course). She is truly a wonderful nurse and a great asset to the hospital. She is thorough, informative and uplifting to be around. I healed quickly in part (no doubt) due to her involvement and maybe even her great presence! Thank you Erika!

• I had two family members in the hospital at the same time. I was very worried about my grandma's surgery. Laurie explained what to expect, how it was done, etc. She also kept us company and talked to us. She was fantastic. I can't say enough! She was so kind. She's beyond amazing!!!

• Gloria was very kind. She always asked how our mom was feeling. Mom's room was clean.

• Gloria did such a wonderful job cleaning my room thoroughly - even made sure the floor was swept & wiped clean.
• Gloria is very competent and efficient but does all her work pleasantly and with good spirits. She is a real asset for you!
• Gloria went out of her way to keep the room clean. She always had a big smile and kind words. She brightened my mom's day!
• Gloria kepy my mother's room nice and clean. She was very friendly and took an interest in my mother's health.
• Amy was sensitive to our needs for a specially clean room because of neutropenia. She wore a mask if asked to, made sure mop water was clean and fresh, etc. She was flexible with times to clean if we needed sleep or had a visitor, etc. She called us by name and expressed concern with our feelings. She treated us and the room exceptionally well. Thank you Amy!
• Gloria was very nice and helpful. She took the time to do a very good job cleaning the room. She needs to be appreciated.

• Dollci was quick at cleaning & quiet. She didn't disturb me & was extremely polite. All kitchen & cleaning staff were great. Food was good.
• When Maggie came into my room, she always brought a smile and small talk. Her company was above and beyond her duty. Truly a remarkable person. Her warmth will not be forgotten.
• Gloria is very respectful and my father-in-law's room is so clean.
• I was visiting my mother in the ICU and was asking the nurse if there was a room that I could use to go and use the breast pump. Amy heard the conversation and offered to take me to a lactation room, which she opened for me and made sure I could get back to it if I needed to. She also checked back later to see that I got back OK. She was so helpful and nice and made a huge difference during a stressful time.
• Gloria is very friendly with a big smile. She also does a great job cleaning. I feel she enjoys what she is doing. We think she is great.

NUTRITIONAL SERVICES

• There were no banging sounds of those working the food line. The lighting is just right. The view of the mountains is special as you eat. George is excellenté. Wow.
• All jokes aside about hospital food, I have never tasted better food! Outstanding. Love it. My compliments to the chef and staff. Some really great dishes.
• Great menu, excellent food, great service and polite people put an end to jokes about hospital food. I appreciate a good job!
• Great selection of food that looks fresh and tasty. Also Eric and other staff were charming.
• Dolores is so patient and kind every time I call and I'm a little scattered. She manages to pull my son's order together despite me.
• Having our baby at Littleton Hospital was the best decision we made. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and overall amazing! The rooms and food were also top notch. I will recommend Littleton Hospital.

• Cori was delightful when I ordered my food over the phone. She was humorous, polite, professional and was able to answer my questions. Even though I was unable to see her in person, her communications told me she was smiling.
• Rebecca was cheerful, witty and funny. For not being able to see her face to face, it was as though I could see her smiling face through the phone. She made my afternoon even nicer.
• Donna has a cheerful delivery & an encouraging attitude.
• The orders were complete and the food was warm. All the people delivering the food were cheerful and helpful.
• Rebecca, Joann & Dolores are so wonderful & helpful when I call in my meal orders! The food is great, better than home.
• Physicians, RNs, lactation consultants, Nutritional Services staff, volunteers and other staff: We were impressed by the exceptional level of care we received as we delivered our daughter and during her first days of life! Everyone had great tips, ideas and showed compassion and patience with us! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
• The cafeteria staff who deliver meals are a great group of folks. They are so caring, friendly and great with the patients.
• Susan gave concrete suggestions to control my husband's diabetes & specific recommendations on probiotics, weight gain, etc. She's great!
• Bert delivered my meal, and when he saw I was having difficulty with the DVD player offered to help and proceeded to get my movie started. Very cool! Thanks!
• The food here is so good. The breakfast chili & eggs were outstanding. Our compliments to the chef!

• Heidi was very warm, sincere, caring and quickly checked us in. My son is just 7 years old and when we were back in one of the ER rooms he said the lady up front was really nice because he got to go look at the fish. Later Heidi brought my son a pillow in the shape of a pig with a heart on it. Heidi is one of the few people you meet who truly goes above and beyond. Her compassion and caring for others is clearly shown. She truly enjoys helping others. It's these small things that should be acknowledged as this very caring employee made my son smile while he was very sick and that is priceless. Thank you for doing a great job!
• Emily and Cori were very pleasant, efficient ladies.
• After admittance and diagnosis of problem, everyone was giving professional advice and empathy. Heidi was so specific and caring. • Valerie went above and beyond. Surgery was delayed and she was so nice, she purchased me a coffee and was super nice to my son. All your staff is wonderful! They were great with my son.
• Valerie was especially understanding and helpful getting my husband registered when the doctor's orders weren't in the system. She made several phone calls, made sure we were comfortable, was persistent (but in a kind way) and got him to his room as quickly as possible.
• Telise was so sweet and caring when my wife came in for her back.
• Julie was very nice, had great customer service skills and helped out with everything. I was very pleased.
• Valerie and Julie made me feel very comfortable with the preop testing and what to expect. Great people and great employees!

• My wife had a very tough recovery from an outpatient procedure and ended up staying overnight. Nikki was very caring the entire time, responded quickly and made sure an overnight stay was authorized.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

• My father-in-law was brought here after suffering a stroke. The entire staff (Jon, Erin, Alicia, Lynette, Jamie, Angie and Mary) has been outstanding and have given him support, direction, care and has earned our confidence and gratitude. In particular two nurses, Jon and Erin, have impressed us with their hard work and kindness. We feel blessed to have had their presence during this time. Jon and Erin make a great team and complement each other well. They have been great and we thank them.
• Melanie was the most patient and had a positive, upbeat personality.
• Anne was very knowledgeable.
• Melanie is a great physical therapist! Thanks to her for all her work.
• I was so impressed with the patience and wonderful attitude that Melissa showed to me. She is such a blessing. I so appreciated her and what she did for me.
• Melissa seems very knowledgeable. She was very encouraging and made sure we understood everything she was saying. We really appreciated her help.
• Kerri is always so courteous and respectful of my dignity and helpful with information that I feel this is the #1 place for PT.
• Crystal was cheerful and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me.
• Melissa, Angela and Susan were determined that with their help I would walk out of this hospital. It's a good thing they believed because I did not.
• OT's Julie and Yvonne and PT's Jim, Jamie and Georgina are wonderful therapists. I wish I could take them home for dad's care! They always made the effort to work with dad more than once a day, encouraging & Visiting to ensure he was OK. Georgina also worked with my mother during her stay and mom loved her. It's good to know that your therapists really care about their patients, are good at their jobs & are here to help!
• Susan was very thorough in sensing my concerns about how I was going to manage once discharged. She was respectful of me & my family, acknowledging all our feelings & concerns. She was kind, caring & concerned about me as the patient. People like Susan make health care in the hospital easier.
• Maureen, Kara, Andrea, PT Angela & OT Laura provided me with very kind and caring care. They gave me outstanding care and treatment.
• Laura was so patient and had a great attitude and sense of humor. Very professional.
• Melissa is a very encouraging person to be around. She helped me push past the pain and keep going. She used personal experience to help motivate me past my boundaries.

RESPIRATORY THERAPY

• My 2-year-old had to have a CT scan and had to be sedated. I was devastated until I saw Eileen come down the hall. I have worked with her and know how truly compassionate she is and how great she is with children. My anxiety went way down knowing Eileen was caring for my baby. Thank you Eileen!
• Kellie is an excellent nurse who is knowledgeable, caring and attentive.
• My 4-year-old has been here for two days. The nursing staff has been incredible keeping him comfortable, easing his fears and making him laugh. From Dawn getting him settled in to Eun watching him sleep, truly a fantastic group of nurses. Also a big thank you to Trey in Respiratory for being great to my son as well. As a parent I have been very pleased with this experience.
• My husband was in the ICU. Kathy kept a watchful eye on his labs and respiratory status. I was the anxious wife on the cot in his room. He is one of those "needles make me woozy" kind of guys, yet she drew several ABGs and he never flinched. Kathy's skill and expertise did not go unnoticed. We just wanted to say thank you and you are very much appreciated!
• Michelle is very nice! She also came up to my room to check on me even though she was not my respiratory therapist.
• I had to bring in my 2-year-old for respiratory reasons. ER nurses Susan and Rhoda, Dr. Buchanan, RT Christina, and Amy and Josh from Radiology took excellent care of my daughter. They showed compassion, competence and a level of caring that is unsurpassed. I always felt my daughter was in wonderful hands.
• Joanie is a fantastic respiratory therapist. She goes way above the mile. Each time I've been here, she was on top!!! I love Joanie. Thank you for people of her caliber!!

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

• Carole is truly an exceptional employee. She has outstanding people skills and a wonderful way of dealing with the elderly.
• Angie took extra time to explain dressing and the healing process with my dad. She was very patient. We appreciated Angie's kind spirit.
• OT's Julie and Yvonne and PT's Jim, Jamie and Georgina are wonderful therapists. I wish I could take them home for dad's care! They always made the effort to work with dad more than once a day, encouraging & Visiting to ensure he was OK. Georgina also worked with my mother during her stay and mom loved her. PRE-OP

• I was so impressed and appreciative of our care in pre-op. The staff went out of their way to make sure my husband felt better. Sue was caring, compassionate and went out of her way to care for my husband and me. Thank you!
• Mary Sue instantly put my husband and me at ease about the procedure. She is kind, down to earth and very complete. I really liked her and her unique genuine style. Bravo!
• I was scared to death for surgery, but Janelle was there to comfort me and went above and beyond. She had a likable personality and a very caring heart! If I was to have another surgery, I would want her to be my nurse again.
• Karen was great! Pre-op is a stressful place to be, but she was friendly, caring and thorough as she worked with my husband. She made everything easier for us.
• Mary took the time to really explain everything and helped our son feel more prepared to face surgery.
• Mary Sue helped me get ready for a very early morning surgery and was so pleasant and calming!
• Everyone was very kind and friendly. They asked if we needed anything. Made us feel like everyone was glad we were here. Great customer service!
• Mary Sue was the best nurse I have ever had. She put my IV in and I never felt it. She was kind and very considerate and her compassion was very evident. By far the very best!

CASE MANAGEMENT

• When I needed information Leigh Ann was always very helpful.
• I cannot begin to describe how caring and kind everyone is in this hospital. Further, I have no idea how you can do it. Each patient and each family all having their own challenges and issues and each comforted by your ever-present broad shoulders to rest upon and be reassured by. Thank you so, so much. Your comfort, professionalism and caring will never be forgotten by those of us who have experienced it. I have been deeply touched by you all.
• Joan helped my father twice to set up care for my mother in March and October. She is a very dedicated and compassionate person. I so enjoyed working with her in difficult times. Thank you for your concern and caring when I saw you during my father's recent hospital stay.
• We had a difficult situation where my father-in-law was not able to go home and care for himself. Jeanie was a wealth of information, checking many resources for us. Jeanie consulted colleagues to find what alternatives were available. She went way above and beyond to keep our loved one as safe as possible and help us through this very difficult time. Love her!
• Nikki went beyond her job duties and stayed late to talk with us about rehab & discharge. Her knowledge, expertise & caring were invaluable.
• Kelly is awesome. She is personal and compassionate and helped my dad through a difficult time selecting a skilled nursing facility.
• Kelly was so helpful and informative. After many hospitalizations of my elderly father in the last year, Kelly was by FAR the BEST case manager I have had the privilege to work with. She could explain all the pros and cons of the best place for my father to go to keep him safe. She explained that it was my choice where he went. She answered numerous phone calls with endless questions to assist me in making the best decision. She came along side me and celebrated the improvements in dad's health while under the care of the great nurses on the floor. Kelly is the BEST case manager! Thank you for hiring her!

GI LAB

• I had an EGD & they were very nice & compassionate during the procedure.
• Chris, Mary Sue and David were extremely nice to my wife during her feeding tube replacement. They recognized that my wife has ALS and needed extra care and handling. They also recognized that ALS does not affect her brain and talked with her as an adult. They did a great job lifting her without discomfort, recognizing that ALS has significantly impacted her muscles.

PREADMISSION TESTING AND TEACHING

• RN Julie had an outstanding commitment to my mother-in-law. Much more than expected!
• Julie was very informative and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my surgery.
• We were really impressed by the new process being used at LAH to do preadmission testing. It was so much easier to do all of it in one spot. Helen was an expert at teaching me the information I needed to have and what I could expect with my surgery, length of stay and doctor/PA involvement. I was sure happy that I did not have to walk the halls and try to find the departments I had to go to for my preadmission testing. It was such a stress reliever to do it all right here near Helen's office. Thank you Helen!
• Julie was very friendly, thorough, explained procedures in detail and very informative about what would happen the day of surgery.
• Julie was very informative and helpful while also conveying empathy. I really appreciated her help and enjoyed speaking with her.
• Julie explained things in enough detail but not too much. She was thorough and very caring. It was the best job I have ever seen.

CHAPLAINS

• Pastor James comforted me, listened to me and prayed for me.
• Ron visited us more than once in the ER, ICU and 5 North. He seemed truly concerned about my husband's needs. He listened attentively. He prayed with us and was a divine comfort. I also was pleased to find a Gideon's Bible. This hospital has provided for our well-being in a very special way at a traumatic time in our lives.

INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY

• Greg took care of my teenage daughter before and after a procedure and I just wanted to say what a great nurse he is.
• The IR nurses were wonderful, very attentive, explained everything that was going on, put me at complete ease and reassured me every step of the way. After the procedure during my overnight stay, the nurses were also attentive and comforting, making sure I had everything I needed and, considering I was actually in the hospital, this entire experience was actually enjoyable thanks to the great staff at LAH. I am truly thankful for the wonderful treatment I was lucky enough to receive.

ADMITTING

• We want to thank Heather and Patti for making a hard day become full of sunshine and enthusiasm! You really helped us to de-stress and focus on the end result! Keep up the good work! We sure did appreciate what you did for us!

INFUSION CENTER

• For over one and a half years Teri was especially attentive to my wife. She comforted and encouraged her and always with a smile and a hug.
• Kathy's attitude and attention to all her patients is very upbeat, patient and professional.

POST ANESTHESIA CARE UNIT

• Holly, Michelle, Linda, Ron, Dr. Brown and Dr. Maloney, thank you so much for taking such great care of me. Everybody was very kind and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to take care of me on such a rough day. Thanks again.

Without her special knowledge and perseverance in working with me, I most likely would have had to spend the night or go home on oxygen. She kepy my husband informed of my surgery. She explained everything well including post-op instructions without making me feel like I was a second grader.

• Cherie admitted me twice for surgery recently, and she was great! Very calming and efficient, which is very nice when you're anxious about surgery. Thank you!

• Your staff made me feel like I was the only patient in the hospital that day! From the friendly check-in process until I was discharged later that day your staff was professional and compassionate. I was impressed that your staff truly exemplifies your core values. I want to extend a special appreciation to Heather and Nikki, my preop and recovery nurses. Their care and friendliness was truly exceptional. But I sense that's just the way they always are!
• My stay here was number one. The care & concern for my well-being was the best ever. I had my seventh pacemaker put in. I have been in at least 25 hospitals, and this is the best!
• Heather was very friendly, personable and nice. She obviously loves her job. Great energy and attitude.

PHARMACY

• Thank you to David for getting my meds to all work together so I could have relief from pain and nausea. He is the most pleasant person.
