Our Leaders

Prior to joining the hospital’s executive leadership team in June 2006, Michael was the chief financial officer at Regional West Medical Center, a 183-bed hospital and Level II Trauma Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Michael
also served as the vice president of support services with Regional West. Prior to joining Regional West, he spent seven years with Adventist Living Centers (ALC), Warrenville, Illinois, a long-term care company. Michael also served as president for the last two years he was with ALC. Additional health care experience includes two years with hospitals in Colorado and South Dakota.

His extensive health care administrative background also includes strengthening physician relations and fostering a culture of service excellence. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. Additionally, he holds a master’s in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois.
