Karsten Randolph, chief financial officer for Littleton Adventist Hospital, is a leader who combines his passion for faith-based, mission-driven health care with more than 10 years of experience. He is responsible for providing financial leadership and oversight to the daily financial operations of the hospital.

Mr. Randolph joins Littleton after serving Bolingbrook Hospital in Illinois, where he served as chief financial officer and was a member of the executive team that opened the hospital. He has worked in the Adventist Health System since 1999.

Mr. Randolph earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting at Andrews University, where he graduated cum laude. He has a CPA from the state of North Carolina and has a master's degree in business administration in health care management from Benedictine University.
