PEDIATRICS...
Connie was the friendliest nurse we had during my daughter’s 5-day stay. She explained everything. She was kind and caring and a very good listener. She was very professional and seemed to genuinely care not only about my daughter but for me as well.

ER...
The moment we arrived at the Emergency door until we went home the entire staff was totally involved and concerned with my friend’s well-being.
Rachel was an excellent example of nursing. She was caring, compassionate, and intelligent. She made my visit and my husband’s time in the ER much more comfortable and made me feel safe. She is to be commended!

I have to tell you that Rene was beyond excellent – timely, kind, and efficient. I felt completed cared for. You’re the best!
5 NORTH...
Margaret was always available to me when I needed her. She was cheerful and good humored so that chatting with her was a joy. She was knowledgeable of my physical issues and answered by questions in a way I could understand. I thank God for nurses like Margaret.
I cannot say enough good things about Travis. He was so caring and went above and beyond to help me in any way. I wish all nurses could be like him.
Margaret has excellent skills and is friendly and helpful. I so enjoyed her humor.
CHEST OBSERVATION UNIT...
I was so cared for. God bless these ladies for working here and God bless LAH for hiring all of them on the 2nd floor.
I can’t say enough about the wonderful care I received. Every one working that floor was absolutely wonderful and professional and deserve highest praise.
Tammy, the night RN, was incredibly kind to me and showed such empathy while we waited with our grandpa after a massive heart attack. She brought us food and did absolutely everything in her power to make both grandpa and our entire family comfortable in the difficult time. Thank you so much Tammy.
ADMITTING...
Robin was extremely helpful. She didn’t mind getting extra cream and sugar for my coffee. Had a very cheery, bright smile. Very delightful personality this early in the day. Need more staff like her!
NICU...
Mary, Lois, Jennifer, Jill, and all NICU staff, You made me and my family feel welcome no matter the time of day. You eased my concerns and answered all my questions. I am so grateful to you and the care you provided to not only our son but the emotional support to our family.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES...
Francisco has a very pleasant attitude. She does her work well.
Cindy is very sweet and hard working. She is very likeable and an asset to this hospital. She keeps everything so nice and clean!!!
Francisco did a very good job of cleaning the room and was a very pleasant person.
Gloria was great. Always friendly, and the room was always clean.
WOMEN AND NEWBORN...
Chris, Maria, Lisa, and Ruby, I’ve had many horrible hospital visits, but never at Littleton. LAH has always been very professional, efficient, and had the most caring staff. This past visit really exceeded my expectations. My nurses and doctors really went above and beyond. A very special thank you to Chris as she took special time to listen to me when I really needed it.
Rachael was really nice. I really liked having her as my nurse. She took great care of me and my baby.

4 SOUTH...
I spent five nights in the hospital, my last two days were with Michelle. She was fantastic. I appreciate her caring and good humored ways. She is truly an asset to LAH.
7 NORTH...
Erika is a wonderful asset to the department. She has a beautiful smile and upbeat attitude. She was professional and knowledgeable in everything she did. You can certainly tell she cares about her patients and loves her job. I was fortunate to have her take care of me.
Karen was always so caring and professional. She constantly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable or if I needed anything. If I had any questions she took the time to answer them. She’s a wonderful nurse and made my stay as enjoyable as it could be. She’s a great example of what a nurse should be.
We just wanted to pass along an extra special kudos to Cynthia, dad's CNA. We've noticed everybody on this unit has been so kind and professional, but Cynthia has gone the extra mile. She has been extra kind in thinking of little things that would be helpful to us as a family and to dad as a patient. She lotioned his feet and combed his hair even though he is not aware of these things right now. We really felt that that showed a level of compassion beyond the norm.
Terri is so caring! She tried to find out answers to all my questions and even called the doctor when I asked something that wasn’t in my file. She maintained a caring, loving attitude even when I was grumpy! Thank you, Terry, for everything you did for me!

Thanks to Patrick for making my nights at LAH easier to take. He is great, and I want to thank him for his thoughtfulness and caring ways.
Linda was the most empathetic, attentive, compassionate and patient-focused nurse we’ve ever encountered. She knew her patient’s medications, condition, etc. She was an active participant in my friend’s healing process and recovery. Her nursing skills and behaviors should be mirrored by ALL in the profession.
