You can share a compliment using the SHARE cards found in the hospital or you can email Joanne Carlson. 7 NORTH... Christine gave outstanding care. I never had to ask for anything. Very pleasant and cheerful attitude. Nurses Laurie and Beth gave outstanding care. Christine made our family very comfortable with her care of our grandmother. She took the time to listen to our needs and put us at ease. She is patient, kind, competent, and an asset to the hospital. Michele took care of all my wants and needs. Great care. Thanks! Terry gave excellent care. All my needs and concerns were satisfied. ICU... Leslie was my RN through two 12-hour shifts. All of my needs were taken care of with promptness and good humor even under stress. Her cheerfulness was a help to me. Very professional staff. I was treated very well. 4 NORTH... The nursing staff has been great & helpful! Karen (RN), Mary (CNA) and the other CNA (who just got married) have all been great! Thanks for all your hard work! Paige went above and beyond her job. She is simply the best nurse I have ever had. Kristy was constantly getting me what I needed. PHARMACY... I would see Dave again for anything. He did a wonderful job transitioning me off the PCA pump. I was so worried. I slept all night and felt great and feel great today. He was so wonderful. I have been a nurse for 15 years and never have I seen such teamwork. The staff were not only informative but caring. Thank you for the wonderful care you gave my daughter and granddaughter. My nurse Becca was amazing. Very polite, reassuring and informative. She eased my fear of breast feeding, and I truly felt she cared for my daughter and me. To be honest, everyone that cared for us was fantastic, and I’ll highly recommend Littleton to everyone! Thank you for all you have done, a miracle baby for us with an excellent delivery and recovery. Robyn was such an amazing nurse!! I am so glad we had her, especially our first night. She made sure we all got sleep and that my pain was under control. Not to mention, she had a great, positive personality. 6 NORTH... Heather and Lonnie, Thanks for the excellent caring attention you gave to our mom. We appreciate you both and all you do. Thank you Margaret, Fairleen, Heather, and Cat for your kindness during my hospital stay. Jessica was very attentive. She knew and performed her job with high integrity and actually made my stay fun and very pleasurable. She is the best. Margaret has the unique ability to actually hear what a patient is trying to convey. In her I found someone who really understood and had the compassion to completely empathize with me. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY... Lori came to see my mother-in-law and evaluate her safety at home. She was realistic and reassuring while simultaneously advocating for my mother-in-law. Lori got my mother-in-law up out of bed and patiently tried to re-orient her. NICU... Nadine made me feel welcomed in the NICU. She was great at explaining everything about my baby. PHYSICAL THERAPY... Jennifer was knowledgeable and able to communicate effectively with both the patient and family regarding strengths and weaknesses and what needs to be done to provide for safety at home for my mother-in-law. PEDIATRICS... Michele went above and beyond when it came to patient care. She was always so helpful and always thinking ahead in terms of things we or our baby would need. We are so thankful to have had her for three nights to help our newborn son get better. We could not have asked for a better care provider. 4 SOUTH... Kristine is kind, caring, and empathetic. She is efficient and polite. When she needs to wake you, she is ever so soft and careful. Love her. Ron is a wonderful nurse and person! Kind, caring, concerned, smart, etc. I would gladly leave my life in his hands, that’s how confident I am in his abilities. He is sweet, dear, and the kindest man I have ever met. Christine put in my husband’s NG tube. She made it as quick and painless as possible. She is empathic, extremely caring, and a wonderful nurse. CNA Michele is very knowledgeable, kind, attentive and caring. I look forward to seeing her. SPEECH THERAPY... Janet was knowledgeable and thorough in her swallow and cognitive evaluations of my mother-in-law. She gave clear instructions of how to prevent aspiration of food, fluids and also provided us with the anatomy of seniors that put them at risk. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES... Gloria has been on top of cleaning my grandfather’s room. It’s nice to hear her positive thoughts and have her smile shine through whenever we see her. Dollci is efficient, empathetic, helpful, extremely kind and understanding. She does her job well, but I make her stay and talk with me!! Such a wonderful person. Please praise Gloria for her wonderful job and customer service. Compared to other cleaning staff she is the best. Thank you Dawn, Kim, Linda, and Michelle for the wonderful care! Dawn, Thanks for making my delivery such a beautiful experience! Anne-Marie was charming. She was amazing with my family and me during my delivery. She was very reassuring and informative and truly cared for my daughter and me. Thank you for making my short stay in L&D so memorable. Christopher was kind, calming and most informational. I tend to get anxious over my husband’s health issues, and this young man attended to me as well as to my husband. Nurses Barbara, Heather, and Eileen were great. Receptionist Sharon was fantastic. MAMMOGRAPHY... Joyce is a wonderful representative of professionalism, compassion and joy for your organization. She made my ordeal into a much more acceptable and comfortable situation. I commend her for her knowledge and competence, for her friendly spirit, and her kind personality.
