At Littleton Adventist Hospital, we want to ensure your comfort, safety and satisfaction during your stay with us.
Our staff and management team at Littleton Adventist Hospital is committed to making sure your stay with us is the best experience possible. If you have questions or a complaint please let your care provider know and they will do everything possible to answer questions and resolve concerns. If your care provider is unable to answer your questions or address your concerns, please ask for the charge nurse or manager of the specific unit and they will do everything they can to answer your questions and resolve concerns. Every area in the hospital has a director who is also willing to speak with you and address your questions and concerns.
If you have accessed the resources mentioned above and your questions are not answered or your concerns are not resolved please ask for the patient representative, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, and ask for the administrative coordinator evenings and weekends. The phone numbers of the manager, patient representative and the chief executive officer are posted in your room. Dial “0” and ask the operator to connect you to the administrative coordinator. You may also direct unresolved questions or complaints to the patient representative at joannecarlson@centura.org.
If after exhausting the resources provided above you continue to have concerns about your care, you can contact the Hospital Administration at 303-730-5888. If your concerns remain unresolved, you can contact the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment or the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
