Littleton Adventist Hospital is home to some of the most innovative imaging technologies available. Such advancements redefine the way physicians diagnose and treat many illnesses.

Littleton Adventist Hospital's imaging department features board-certified physicians, trained at institutions of excellence - compassionate specialists at the cutting-edge of diagnostic imaging. Our Interventional Radiologists are board certified and fellowship trained. Their specialty lies in that they are able to treat diseases with minimally-invasive treatments through the use of X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds and other imaging equipment without invasive surgery. Our imaging technologists bring our patients the highest level of experience and expertise, and ensure that only the highest quality imaging results are achieved.

We are open Monday through Friday and are on-call 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Our Services
X-ray technologies such as CT and MRI scans are used in medical imaging to show detailed cross-sectional images of the internal organs of the body. PET/CT imaging can be used along with nuclear medicine to evaluate specific cellular changes to identify certain diseases at their earliest stages.

Ultrasound technology uses high-frequency sound waves to produce real-time images of the body's organs and blood flow through vessels. This type of imaging is so safe that a baby's health and development can be monitored during pregnancy using this type of technology. Ultrasound technology is often used in mammography along with low-level radiation X-rays to view breast tissue. Ultrasound exams do not use X-rays or radiation.
