• Joanne was very kind and caring. Neisha and Tarah also always smiling and have helpful attitudes! The list of aides and NA's just goes on! You have a great staff of nurses!
• Everyone was so friendly and fast! ED RN Marci had a great sense of humor for putting up with me.
• Robin, thanks for taking such great care of me.
• Dr. Barta is a compassionate and funny doctor. She put my daughter at ease right away. She is thorough and wants the best for her patients. Nurses Cindy and Melanie are as attentive as possible, friendly and easy to talk to. They took good care of their patient. Competent, friendly nurses make all the difference in a patient's experience. My daughter had a good experience.
• Erika was very caring and made my night go a whole lot smoother. She accommodated me as well as monitored me and gave me great clinical care.
• Rachel was wonderful caring for my dad. She was excellent educating our family on what was happening and his plan of care. Our family wanted to thank her for her excellent care. The ED was excellent with immediate and excellent care. They worked together as an excellent team.
• Rhoda was more than kind and willing to do anything that a patient/patient's friend asked if it meant making the patient comfortable. It's nice to have someone so pleasant in a place that's dreary.
• Marci was an amazing nurse. She had a great bedside manner. She was kind and attentive, answered all my questions and made me feel like I was her only patient. I'm sure I wasn't! She was always quick with medications too. You are lucky to have her.
• Kimberly was wonderful, kind, efficient, attentive. She was the best!
• Deanne took the time to really explain everything to me. She helped me feel more prepared to face my surgery.
• Elena was great!! She was perfect in her role. She showed compassion, follow-through, and a gentle and caring nature. She also had a great sense of humor. She was cheery, smiled and was very good at her job. I felt safe and cared for.
• Casey was always so comforting and reassuring. I felt like I was in the best hands. She displayed confidence and compassion in all that she did for me.
• Melanie and Gina in the ER, Heather in CT and Tim at the ER front desk all have motherly like hearts and made me feel safe. They were excellent at their jobs. You have an excellent team here! God bless all of you.
• Littleton is a very good hospital. I always get treated with respect and everyone cares. Most importantly, I leave knowing I'm OK and with answers. Thank you all, especially the front desk ER receptionist who checked me in.
• Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering me a blanket and then another and really making me feel like I wasn't a burden, almost as kind as a mother!
• James & all ER staff were very nice, from admit to triage to ER & on. Made my dad feel comfortable. Didn't rush him. Well done!
• The woman who checked me in made me feel so good when I was feeling so-o-o bad!! I noticed that she really cared not only about me but the others she checked in. Please extend my appreciation to her.
• Marci was caring, understanding, knowledgeable, fast and made me feel very comfortable. She made my ER visit very comfortable.
• James was very caring and showed a genuine concern for my mom. I felt listened to and felt she was in good, very competent hands. Brianne was great too!
• I had to bring my 2-year-old in for respiratory reasons. ER nurses Susan and Rhoda, Dr. Buchanan, RT Christina and Amy and Josh from Radiology took excellent care of my daughter. They showed compassion, competence and a level of caring that is unsurpassed. I always felt my daughter was in wonderful hands.
• Thank you Dr. Mitchell, RN Kimberly and tech Alison for listening and caring, for doing such a thorough job in taking care of me and for being informative on what was done. Thanks also to all who gave me tests and were so pleasant.
• I have nothing but good things to say about James. He was very knowledgeable and was a team player.
• Shirley was kind, caring and professional. We received devastating news, and she gave us the time and support we needed at that time. • Everybody was so nice. Even getting me a cot to spend four days and nights with my friend. They treated me and my friend (the patient) very special. Thank you to all in the different departments.
• Robin is awesome, very professional and an IV goddess! She hit my vein on the first try!! She was very pleasant and professional during my stay.
• Elena and Dr. Witt were very concerned about my health. Elena answered my questions and was very helpful. Dr. Whitt was very kind and understanding and took his time with me.

• Linda, I have received so many compliments on your behalf for the excellent job you did stitching my forehead. Needless to say, I include my own. Thanks. I really appreciate your skill.
• Emily offered an expertise and ease of care that afforded confidence. She was timely in her update of our status on lab work and ongoing care. Thank you Emily for all you did for us.
• Once on the Telemetry Unit, I was pleasantly surprised at every aspect of my care. Room service meals with an orchid! Names and phone numbers of my care team for each shift! Coffee whenever I asked! My biggest surprise was the quietness of the unit, especially at night. I had numerous blood draws at all hours of the day and night, and the technicians were excellent and always found an elusive vein on the first stick! I could go on and on, but I think I have made the point that, in my opinion, your hospital is one of the best anywhere. I want to acknowledge the very special staff that cared for me: RN Susan in the ER, RNs Erin & Michelle and CNA Liza on Tele Unit day shift. RN Cathy on the Tele Unit was a special blessing.
• Elena was extremely kind & definitely gave amazing care. She was nothing but compassionate and nice & made us both feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. What a great nurse!!
• Shirley was efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated her caring attitude in my time of stress. Thank you for such good care and excellent service.
• Melanie gave me excellent care, good information, good PR skills. She is definitely an asset to this hospital. Need more people like her to make a patient feel like a person.
• Debbie, Casey and Dr. Coates were absolutely amazing in the care they gave my husband. They responded to our concerns. They took time to explain any delays as well as what needed to be completed and why. They were all so compassionate! They are wonderful ambassadors for LIttleton Adventist Hospital and why we always make this our first choice if we ever have a medical need.
• My mother was brought to the ER and the entire staff was outstanding. They sensed my needs and kept me informed during the entire time. Because of the staff I felt more in control and confident.
• Shirley was very kind, great bedside manner, cheery disposition, reassuring and compassionate.
• I want to thank Melanie for her caring, wonderful care of me during a very stressful time - my daughter wants to thank you too - after five weeks in the hospital and four weeks in rehab. I'm just fine!
• Linda is very understanding, supportive and caring - an over all joy to be around.
• Shirley in ER was kind and respectful to my mother. She also made sure we were informed of everything that was happening. Exceptional nurse.

• I was trying to get my husband our of the car and into the ER. Kim and Tamara were leaving to go home and stopped to help me get a wheelchair. They helped him get into the hospital and situated in the ER. They were extremely kind and helpful. Their day was finished and yet they took extra time to help. They performed each of the SHARE values.
• Shirley was efficient & knowledgeable. I appreciated her caring attitude in my time of stress. Thank you for such good care & excellent service.

• Shirley is an amazing, caring, kind and helpful person. She made my experience so much less stressful by taking her time to make me as comfortable as possible. She was always happy and patient even though she has a very demanding job. I will never go to any other hospital simply because of the way she treated me. Shirley, thank you so much!
• Tiffany was very nice and went above and beond. She actually listened to me. She also got my IV on the first try, which is very hard to do.

• From the moment we arrived this afternoon and were greeted by ER  the staff has been enormously kind, gentle, helpful, thoughtful and humane. I have never experienced professional skill mixed with the human ability to nurture and care. Coming to the ER has been welcoming and reassuring. You have a fantastic and well-trained staff.
