Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Littleton Adventist Hospital. Before completeing the contact information form, please read the following requirements for being a volunteer:

• You must be willing to commit to a four hour volunteer shift, one day a week, for a minimum of six months.
• You must complete an application and go through an interview process.
• You must agree to a background check and TB test. (At no cost to you.)
• Flu Vaccine is required to volunteer
• You must attend a volunteer orientation and go through training for your specific volunteer position.
